Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Paneer (cubes) - 250 gm


  • Onion (grated) - 1


  • Tomato (grated) - 1


  • Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp


  • Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp


  • Green chillies (chopped) - 2


  • KASHMIRI red chillies powder - 1 tbsp


  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp


  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp


  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp


  • Kitchen king masala powder - 1 tsp


  • Milk - 1/4 th cup


  • Salt - 1 tsp


  • Oil/butter - 3 tbsp


  • Kasuri methi (roasted & crushed) - 1 tbsp


  • Cashew nuts (roasted and powdered) - 15


  • Fresh cream - 3 tbsp


  • Whole spices : Cumin seeds - 1 tsp


  • Cloves - 3


  • Cardamom - 2


  • Bay leaves - 2


  • Pepper corns - 8

Directions

  • Heat oil and butter in a pan, lightly fry the paneer pieces and keep aside.
  • Then in the same Oil, add the whole spices followed by the chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste.
  • Then add the grated onion and saute until golden Brown. Then add the grated tomato and cook further.
  • Then add the powdered masalas and salt. Cook until the masala leaves oil. Then add the cashew nuts powder, cook for few more minutes.
  • Then add the milk and mix well. Add required amount of water and mix well. Then add the Kasuri methi powder.
  • Then add the paneer pieces and Let this simmer for few minutes.
  • Then add the cream and mix. Check for seasoning and serve.
